Product range

Our periodic table of raw materials.

Twenty raw materials from our range, sorted by group. Choose your industry and we will highlight what it typically uses.

Groups

  • Iron carriers
  • Alloying & refining
  • Industrial minerals
  • Substitutes

20 raw materials – an extract

Not listed?

The industries show typical applications, not an exhaustive list. Talk to us about your application. Tap a material for details.

Substitutes

Scarce or too expensive? Ask about the substitute.

For us, substitutes are not a side issue. Mill scale brings iron from the rolling mill back into the cycle, and special sands step in where silica sand reaches its limits. We advise you on whether a substitute works in your process – before you switch.

Services

More than buying and selling.

We trade, process, advise and test – so that what arrives is exactly what your process requires.

  1. 01TradingImport and export of ores, minerals and substitutes – sourced where quality and price go together.
  2. 02ProcessingCrushing, screening, grinding, drying, packing, weighing – the material arrives in the form your plant needs.
  3. 03AdviceOn using our products sensibly and correctly – before the first tonne ships.
  4. 04AnalysesMaterial analyses provide clarity on composition and grain size – in black and white.
  5. 05LogisticsRoad, water, rail, air: we organise the route and keep everyone involved up to date.

Processing

From raw material to specification.

Six operations, one goal: the material fits your process – in grain size, moisture and packaging.

  1. Grey, angular lumps of metal in a pile.

    Operation 01

    Crushing

Coarse material is crushed to the lump size your plant can take.

  2. Fine golden-brown sand in close-up.

    Operation 02

    Screening

Screens separate it into size fractions – anything too fine or too coarse stays out.

  3. A small heap of fine, creamy white powder.

    Operation 03

    Grinding

Where it has to be fine, we grind it down to powder.

  4. Red-brown, crumbly ore in close-up.

    Operation 04

    Drying

Dried to the residual moisture your process can handle.

  5. Stacked big bags in an open-air store.

    Operation 05

    Packing

In bulk, in big bags, in sacks or in drums – however it arrives best at your site.

  6. A dump truck unloading sand while a worker in red looks on.

    Operation 06

    Weighing

Weighed and documented, so that your planning adds up.
